PBD Lifetime Replacement Programme

As of 12th January 2026, all PowerBrakes PBD discs will be added to our Lifetime Replacement Programme.

Yes, you read that correctly - lifetime replacements

Once your PBD discs reach minimum thickness, simply send them back to us and we'll send a replacement set out to you, completely free of charge. No quibble, no fuss, no cost. It's that simple. 

 

How does it work?

Firstly, you'll need to contact us via email or socials in order to start your claim. You'll then be given a return authorisation number/RMA. Discs returned without a valid RMA will be rejected and disposed of.

Once you've received your RMA number, we then have 2 options available for redemption of the replacements.

Option 1 - vehicle can be off-road

Option 2 - the discs are for my daily (vehicle cannot be off-road).


For option 1 - if your vehicle can be off road for a few days - contact us for your RMA. Send the discs back to us with the details provided on the RMA and once received back, we'll get a replacement set sent out for you (usually same day/within 24 hours).

For option 2 - if you use your vehicle as a daily and cannot have it off the road - contact us for your RMA and let us know the vehicle cannot be off the road. Once you are provided with your RMA number, we will issue you an invoice for another set of discs. After the invoice has been paid and your discs have been delivered, you then have 28 calendar days to return your old PBD discs back to us. Once we receive them back, the latest invoice with the RMA number will be credited to you. If we do not receive your old discs back within 28 days from the date of delivery, you will no longer be eligible for a refund.

Terms & Conditions:

1) applies to original purchaser only. 

2) this offer is non-transferable and has no cash value.

3) the disc must be within 5% of minimum disc thickness in order for a claim to be successful. Discs returned that do not meet this criteria will be returned to you. 

4) we reserve the right to withdraw this offer at any time.

5) offer is only valid for “PowerBrakes PBD” brake discs, offer does not apply to other disc ranges from PowerBrakes (such as ECO or PRO) nor any other manufacturers.

6) if we suspect any customers of abusing this service, proof of vehicle ownership may be required. 

7) you (the customer) are responsible for any delivery costs to return the discs back to us. We will cover delivery costs back to you.

FAQ's

Who pays for the return shipping?

You are responsible for arranging and paying to ship the items back to us. We will cover delivery costs of the replacement discs. We recommend using a tracked & insured delivery service (not Evri...) when returning the discs to us, we will accept no responsibility for items lost in transit.

I use my car on track, am I still eligible?

Yep! There are no restrictions on usage.

Can I choose a different design/coating than what I initially ordered?

Sure thing! You're more than welcome to change the design/coating (if applicable), no extra cost.

How long does it take to receive my replacement discs?

Replacement discs are a high priority for us and we treat them as if they are a normal order. This means that upon receiving your old discs back, your new replacement discs should be dispatched within 24 hours. There may of course be exceptions to this, so if you require the replacements urgently please contact us via Facebook/Instagram or by email.

I purchased my PBD discs before the Lifetime Replacement Program, can I still get my discs replaced?

If you purchased your PBD discs prior to 12/01/2026, these are excluded from the Lifetime Replacement Program.

I purchased my discs as part of a PowerBrakes Stage 1/2/3 Brake Packages, are these eligible for the program?

Yes - as long as they were purchased after 12th January 2026, they are eligible for the Lifetime Replacement Program.

I purchased my discs through a distributor, are these eligible for the Lifetime Replacement Program?

Unfortunately not. The Lifetime Replacement Program only applies to orders placed directly through our PowerBrakes website (www.powerbrakes.co.uk).

My PowerBrakes discs are not from the PBD range, are these eligible?

No. At this moment in time, the Lifetime Replacement Program is only eligible for PowerBrakes PBD discs. Discs from the ECO/PRO/GEN ranges are excluded.

I've sold my car, can the new owner get replacement discs?

No, this offer exclusively applies to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable. Proof of vehicle ownership may be requested if we suspect anyone to be abusing this service.
